Eng@ge
Eng@ge is a digital platform designed to shine a light on the world of NEETs in Turin — those young people who are not in education, employment, or training. More than just a website, it is a living digital space to find your way, discover opportunities, and connect with those operating locally to offer guidance, support, and new perspectives.
Città di Torino
A platform to rediscover direction, connections, and possibilities
Personalized access will allow the experience to be tailored to the user’s profile, providing truly useful content for everyone.
The platform will be structured into three main sections:
An introduction to the project and its stakeholders;
An interactive map of the city to locate spaces, services, and active communities;
An immersive virtual journey, developed by Fondazione LINKS, to experience the project first-hand and explore work environments through virtual reality.
Rediscovering hidden energies
The goal is to rediscover and enhance the potential of those in a state of limbo: young men and women experiencing moments of vulnerability, disconnected from the world of education or work. Through meetings, local activities, and digital tools, Eng@ge aims to:
-
Build trust and local relationships;
-
Give space to hidden talents;
-
Offer orientation experiences through virtual reality;
-
Co-create new, concrete, and personalized pathways.
Setting authentic stories in motion
Activation of young NEETs on an urban scale, with a specific focus on the most vulnerable groups;
Development of a georeferenced and interactive digital platform, centered on end-user needs;
Dissemination of innovative professional orientation tools, including experiential and immersive approaches.
Digital + Real: The Perfect Match
- An interactive and functional map that connects the digital world to physical locations where relationships and growth paths can be built;
- A personalized access system to adapt content and services to different profiles;
- Immersive virtual tours to explore the world of work first-hand and find direction in an engaging and practical way.
Ithaca collaborates on the development of the platform’s digital component, with a particular focus on the interactive geographical interface and the integration of information and orientation content within a user-friendly framework.
